- Ab Lab: high intensity, high repetition with the use of physio balls, mats, and weights. The
routine varies from class to class to keep people engaged and eliminate any monotony.
Modifications can be made for those who need to start out at a slower pace(in other words the
class is for all skill levels).
- Indoor Cycling: is a group exercise class done on stationary bikes. During the class the
instructor simulates a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! It is
truly a fantastic cardiovascular class. Some of our classes also offer weights during the ride.
- Zumba: is a very dynamic and exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors. The
routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone
and sculpt the body. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most
important muscle in the body, the heart! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to
follow dance steps, although you do not have to know how to dance to do zumba. Zumba is a
fun, effective, and simple fitness system that uses the principal of fitness interval training and
resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning
- Bootcamp Aerobics: is an interval training class that incorporates calisthenics, running/walking,
weights, and much more…
- Morning BootCamp Classes: focus on building core strength and flexibility, complimented
with intense cardio training, upper body weight training, and spinning sessions
- Powerhouse Cardio: It’s a step aerobics class with a full body workout.
- Total Body Blast: Start with a 15 minute group cardio. Next challenge yourself to a total body
strength workout using bars, balls, dumbbells, and body weight.
- Turbo Kick: The Ultimate Cardio workout. Nonstop kick boxing moves coordinated to
improve physical and mental flexibility.
- The Drill: It’s not just a class, it’s an experience. Come push your limits with this high
intensity one hour class. Move quickly from one drill to the next as you challenge your body in
new and exciting ways.
- Power Vinyasa Yoga: is a flowing style of yoga where students move from pose to pose – using
alignment detail, and staying present with the breath. Power Vinyasa yoga is one of the most
widely known and respected methods of yoga practice. Classes are suited for ALL LEVELS, and
options are given to modify for beginners or make the poses more challenging for more
advanced practitioners. This challenging and flowing form of yoga can transform your body and
renew your spirit. You may want to bring a towel! Sometimes the room is warm, which is the
perfect environment to lengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Classes are taught by a 500
hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Thursdays @4:30.
- Hatha yoga: develops strength, balance and flexibility safely and effectively as well as
improving coordination and posture. It focuses on linking the postures with breathing exercises
creating a flowing yoga practice. While you tone your body and increase your energy through
yoga postures, you are also promoting numerous health benefits such as: Calming the “monkey”
mind Relieving mild backaches, headaches & insomnia Helps prevent osteoporosis Helps relieve
the symptoms of menopause Helps relieve mild depression, stress and fatigue Stimulates the
organs, improves circulation & digestion Tuesdays 6:15 - 7:15 pm and Saturdays 9:45 – 10:45

- Mommy/Baby Bootcamp: Combines cardiovascular and strength exercises using versa bands
and dumbbells (all materials are provided). Class runs 40 minutes from 0900-0940. The class is
for all levels of fitness and many ladies who started as beginners are now hardcore fitness
enthusiasts. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. Children are in baby seats
or play with other children during class. Class limit is 20 adults and sometimes class fills up
fast! Arrive early!!!!!!
- Belly Dance: is an American name for what is arguably the oldest dance in existence. It
involves the whole body and mind in expressing the mood and rhythm of the music. Dance your
way into a muscular and flexible body. You will learn techniques, combinations, and
choreographies, as well as explore improvisation. There are optional performance opportunities
for class participants. The class attire is exercise pants, fitted shirt, and sock feet. Costumes and
dance shoes are also permitted
